Notes:
Welding: BV Grade B can be welded by all common processes (SMAW, SAW, GMAW). Preheating is generally not required for thicknesses below 30 mm; higher thicknesses or low ambient temperatures may require preheat as per approved welding procedures. Formability: Suitable for cold forming with a minimum bending radius of 2t (t = thickness) when bending transverse to the rolling direction. Excellent flatness and surface quality make it suitable for automated panel lines.
