Laser cutting of A36 and S275JR steel plates for the manufacture of steel structures for mechanical

Custom steel plate processing orders from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Using high-quality A36 and S275JR structural steel plates and high-precision laser cutting technology, we provide a solid material foundation for the manufacture of mechanical components and large-scale steel structures for customers in the Middle East.

Advantages of A36 and S275JR Structural Steel

In heavy machinery manufacturing and steel structure engineering, the comprehensive mechanical properties of materials are of critical importance.

  • ASTM A36 is a widely used low-carbon structural steel that offers excellent weldability, machinability, and sufficient yield strength.
  • EN 10025 S275JR is also a high-standard non-alloy structural steel that offers good impact toughness and load-bearing capacity at room temperature. The combined use of these two materials perfectly meets the stringent requirements of UAE customers for machine bases, connecting flanges, and load-bearing structural components in complex industrial environments.

High-Precision Laser Cutting Based on Drawings

The assembly of industrial machinery components demands extremely high standards for dimensional tolerances. Our engineering team strictly adheres to the CAD drawings and detailed dimensional information provided by customers to create digital layouts. The machining workshop utilizes high-power CNC laser cutting machines for material cutting. Laser cutting not only produces narrow kerfs and a minimal heat-affected zone but also ensures that cut surfaces are flat, smooth, and burr-free. Whether dealing with regular rectangular or trapezoidal structural components or irregularly shaped parts with complex hole patterns and chamfers, we guarantee that the finished products perfectly replicate the design drawings on a 1:1 basis, saving our customers significant time in subsequent precision machining and welding assembly.

Rigorous Quality Inspection and Standardized Export Packaging

From single-piece cutting to batch forming, dimensional re-inspection is conducted throughout the entire production cycle. After confirming that the thickness, length, width, and edge tolerances of all components meet technical requirements, the logistics department performs professional, standardized export packaging. To withstand long-distance ocean transport, the cut and formed steel plate components are neatly stacked on heavy-duty wooden pallets (as shown in the figure). A moisture-proof barrier is laid on the bottom layer, and the exterior is sealed with high-strength stretch film, reinforced with industrial-grade steel straps in a crisscross pattern. This rigorous packaging solution minimizes the risk of shifting and rust during transit.
